📌 Warranty process
    1.    Email photos/videos of the issue + order number to support@fluis.co
    2.    Review within 3–5 business days
    3.    If approved → replacement cap or bottle

Warranty covers the product only — no indirect damages.

14-Day Return Policy
If the product is unused and in original packaging, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Customer covers return shipping.
Defective items replaced at no cost.
